Estranged Husband

We were contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for yet another woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to find out where he was living

Our client told us that when her husband 1st left he was extremely sad and apologetic as he felt that soon after 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t believe he loved her any far more. He stated he needed time apart and did not wish to tell her exactly where he was going. He took a significant amount of funds out of their joint bank account which he stated he required to set himself up in a new place to live.

Even though waiting for her husband to return their relationship began to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid much less money into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was really strange behaviour for him and fully out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he may have one more woman as a comparable factor had happened to her. She also urged our client to give us a call to see if we could assist as we had helped her within the past.

We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and found the address he was living at and that there was an additional woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name and the woman he was living with. They had purchased the property together just after he had left our client.

We were able to provide our client with all of the evidence she needed to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she said that right after the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had possibly been having an affair with this woman for many years. She is now ready to move on with her new life.
